Deliveries come as an inventory offer from SessionStudio Resident. Check that you did not decline it (busy mode declines offers silently), and look in your Trash. If the studio showed "Something went wrong", your wallet was refunded automatically. Check the amount and try again. Still missing? IM Angi Manners with your account email. Every order is in our ledger and we can deliver it again.

Only payments to the terminal count. Money sent directly to the avatar is treated as plain money, not wallet credit. The terminal thanks you by IM, and the studio wallet updates within seconds while the panel is open. If you paid the terminal and see nothing after a minute, IM Angi Manners. Payments carry transaction ids, so nothing gets lost.

You reset it yourself, through Second Life. IM SessionStudio Resident the single word reset. It replies with a code. Enter the code in the studio's sign-in dialog under Lost password? together with your new password, within ten minutes. This works because your avatar is linked to your account. Nobody at Session ever sees or sets your password.

Leave your Second Life name on session.skin or IM Angi Manners in Second Life; the code comes by IM. One code, one account. The studio is invite-only while in beta.

The full version: your face and neckshade as one tattoo layer (BOM), and ears as a universal layer. No-transfer, wearable on any LeLutka EvoX head. The demo: a 1024 face with a watermark and a clean neckshade, for checking the fit. This is the same whether you started from a photo or from a Session skin. Every item is named "your skin's name — Session Skin Studio".

They are held while you make a face from a photo, from the moment the photo is in until you press Save my face. You can see them, but they open when the face is saved. To leave without saving, press Start over, beside the text at the top of the panel.

In step 4, Even the light makes the broad light the same on both halves of the face while each side keeps its own detail. The studio measures the photo and sets it for you. If half the face is hidden or turned away, Mirror one half copies the good half onto the other. A hard shadow never fully goes away; what is left is a job for the Tone fix brush after saving.

While you make the face, Skin colour moves the skin around your face, the ears and the neckshade toward the colour of your photo, and Base lightness takes them a touch darker or lighter. If the tone is far off, go back to The head and pick another tone. After saving, the Fine-tune sliders move everything together.

No. While you work, the preview shows a stamp around the neck, and the preview texture itself does not fit a real head. Both exist so that the skin cannot be taken from the browser. The skin that is delivered is clean. The L$10 demo has a small watermark on one cheek so you can still judge it; the full version has none.

Yes, and yes. Use the gift delivery. The recipient gets the skin with a note naming you as the sender. What you charge for your time is between you and your customer. The item itself always carries "— Session Skin Studio", so everyone can see where it was made.

Yes. Under the Session tab you pick a face, a tone, and with or without brows, and it opens in the studio like any other skin. You pay at delivery, the same as for a skin made from a photo.
